Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100

4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or through your account on our store.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or regulatory requirements. These restrictions will be noted on the product page. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
